ich fand diese merkwürdige Handspindel

 im Dettenbachtal beim Quellheiligtum Karlisbrunnen

I found this curious handspindle

 near a holy well in a valley in Blackforest near my home

100g Maulbeerseide Merinowolle je ca 50%
handgesponnenes Dochtgarn
mit wiederholten Wechsel des Materials
es entstehen für Handarbeit typische leichten Unregelmäßigkeiten im Garndurchmesser
Maulbeerseide rein weiss, Merinowolle regenbogenbunt abwechselnd

die Technik des kompletten Materialwechsels in einem handgesponnen Garn,
habe ich das erste Mal 2004 ausprobiert, es ist ein Thema,
das mich immer wieder einmal beschäftigt

LL ca 120m / 100g

it’s a theme, that now and then I am dealing with
